Shipping costs & free delivery
Free shipping on orders over R700 (South Africa only).
Below R700, shipping costs:
- Economy Delivery (7–10 working days): R115
- Overnight Delivery (next working day): R220
Overnight cutoff is 14:00 weekdays; orders after that ship the next day.
Where we deliver
We ship within South Africa only. If you’re outside South Africa, you can also find our products on Takealot.
Returns & refunds
You have 14 days from delivery to return unused, unopened items for a full refund.
Items we can’t accept back:
- Opened or partially used products
- Perishable or damaged items
- Supplements once opened (food safety reasons)
To start a return, email us with your order number. We’ll send you a prepaid return label. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund within 5 working days.
Damaged or wrong item?
If your order arrives damaged or wrong, contact us within 48 hours of deliverywith photos. We’ll replace it or refund you immediately — no return needed.
Shipping issues
If your order is lost, delayed, or stuck, email us with your order number and we’ll track it down. Overnight orders delayed past the next day get a refund on shipping. Economy orders delayed over 14 days qualify for a partial refund.
